Friendly Smiles and waves when you move through town. Our population here in Hudson's hope is about 900 and we've

done over 100 home assessments with all of our critical infrastructure assessments as well and having our team and our local government support us in that has been exceptional we

had over 22 departments attend an assist us during the battleship Mountain wildfire. And the thing I heard the most for most of these members and

Crews that came in we're the fact of how many of our residents did have fire smarting completed around their properties which

made the jobs of these Crews much easier when installing the structural Protection Program Our program was really Successful by reaching out to our younger

Generations. We managed to get into some of our schools and really bring that message home to them which in turn they bring that

home to their parents and they can work on it as a family. Our community population is a diverse group of seniors and

younger families. So in true small town fashion, all of our residents will come together and we'll continue to work together as a community protecting Hudson's

Hope from the future of wildfire.
